How to Raise a Complaint with Smoothstructures Heating & Air

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Smoothstructures Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Smoothstructures Heating & Air went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Note that Smoothstructures Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or decide things for a provider.

Sending a Complaint

Email contact@smoothstructures.garden and include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may also help.
