Disclaimer for smoothstructures.garden

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use smoothstructures.garden. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

Referral Only

Smoothstructures Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not diagnose, repair, maintain or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or other equipment. If work happens in your home, an independent provider does it, not Smoothstructures Heating & Air.

No Backing, No Promises

Being connected to a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, price or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available to serve your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and conduct.

For Learning Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Each home and each system is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Prices

Any cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices vary with the job, the location, the equipment and the labor. Ask the provider for a written estimate before work starts.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

Our comments on energy efficiency are general. We do not promise any amount of energy savings. We do not offer, arrange or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask the provider and your local utility which programs might apply to you.

Stay Safe

HVAC equipment involves electricity and refrigerant. Many homes also have natural gas or propane. Do not take risks. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the home and contact your gas utility or local emergency services.

How We Are Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Smoothstructures Heating & Air when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives the details.

Accuracy of Information

We try to keep this website correct and up to date. We cannot promise that it is complete or without errors.
