Smoothstructures Heating & Air is a referral service. We connect homeowners in Fall River and the Fall River area with independent HVAC providers. If you run your own shop and want more homeowner calls, you may be a fit for our network.

This is not a job offer. You stay independent. You set your prices, run your schedule and do your own work.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who handle residential heating and cooling, such as:

• AC repair
• Furnace repair
• AC installation and replacement

Older homes are common in our region. Basements, stone and block foundations, multi-family buildings and Cape Cod style houses all call for experience. Providers who know these setups tend to quote more clearly.

What We Expect

Homeowners come to us because they want fair, clear pricing. We ask providers to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your state and town require.
• Give written quotes that break out labor, parts and equipment.
• Explain what the homeowner can check safely and what needs a professional.
• Treat each home with care. Good work protects the home and its resale value.
• Be honest about timing and never promise what you cannot deliver.

We do not accept providers who pressure homeowners or hide fees.
